Cancellations are accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

If the order has already been processed and dispatched, we may not be able to accommodate the cancellation request.

Same Day Dispatch orders cannot be canceled.

Orders placed during special occasions such as Pongal, Holi, Diwali, Eid, Valentine’s Day, etc. under exclusive promotional offers cannot be canceled.
3. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Exchanges are available if you wish to replace your product with another item.
4. Return & Exchange Conditions

The product must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

Returns and exchanges can be initiated in-store at our designated location in Karnal.

No restocking fees apply.
5. Damaged or Defective Products

The merchant will inspect the product, and upon confirmation, a free replacement will be provided.
