2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations are accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • If the order has already been processed and dispatched, we may not be able to accommodate the cancellation request.

  • Same Day Dispatch orders cannot be canceled.

  • Orders placed during special occasions such as Pongal, Holi, Diwali, Eid, Valentine’s Day, etc. under exclusive promotional offers cannot be canceled.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Exchanges are available if you wish to replace your product with another item.

4. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • The product must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Returns and exchanges can be initiated in-store at our designated location in Karnal.

  • No restocking fees apply.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our Customer Service Team by emailing support@carefitindia.com.

  • The merchant will inspect the product, and upon confirmation, a free replacement will be provided.

7. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned item is received and inspected.
