Job Title: Operations, Testing & Field Support Staff (Karnal Candidates Only)
Location: Karnal, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time
Requirements:
Minimum Education: 12th (+2) Pass.
Vehicle: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for local travel.
Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic items (testing cords, heating mats, controllers).
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, data entry, and email.
Physical Fitness: Active, willing to lift and move boxes during inventory arrivals.
Attributes: Self-motivated, good problem-solving skills, and willing to handle both field and office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Receiving & Warehouse: Assist in unloading container shipments at the godown and transferring stock between godown and office.
Product Testing & Quality Check: Inspect and test incoming healthcare/electronic devices to ensure zero defects before packing.
Packing & Dispatch: Pack orders safely following e-commerce (Amazon/Flipkart) guidelines.
Field & Site Support: Handle basic product installation, customer visits, or servicing when required.
Office & Bank Tasks: Perform daily miscellaneous office work, local errands, and bank visits.

Job Title: E-Commerce & Accounts Executive (Karnal Candidates Only)
Location: Karnal, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time
Requirements:
Education: Graduate, preferably B.Com or BBA background.
Experience: 1–3 years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or e-commerce accounts.
Portal Skills: Hands-on experience with product listings, FBA shipments, portal dashboards, and filing claim cases.
Accounting & Excel: Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally). Good knowledge of GST rules.
Skills: Strong detail orientation, basic written English for seller support tickets, and good problem-solving ability.
Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Portal Management: Handle day-to-day operations on Amazon and Flipkart portals, create new SKU listings, and monitor account health.
FBA & Shipments: Generate Amazon FBA/Easy Ship labels, schedule appointments, and coordinate outbound marketplace shipments.
Claims & Reimbursements: File SAF-T claims and seller cases for damaged/wrong customer returns, lost inventory, or fee discrepancies.
Inventory Reconciliation: Regularly match physical godown stock with online portal inventory to prevent stockouts or overselling.
Accounting & CA Coordination: Maintain daily income/expense entries, track seller payouts, and share required financial inputs/reports with our CA for GSTR filings.
