Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or dispatched.

Same-day dispatch orders are not eligible for cancellation.

Orders placed under festival or promotional campaigns (e.g. Diwali, Eid, Valentine’s Day, etc.) are non-cancellable.
🔄 3. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Within 7 days from the date of delivery for domestic buyers

Product must be unused, with original tags, packaging, accessories, and manuals intact.
🚚 Return Shipping:

For any approved return, refund, or exchange, the buyer is required to send the product back using their own courier service at their own expense — whether within India or internationally.
🔁 4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the new item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid by the buyer.

The same return shipping responsibility applies for exchange items.
🛠️ 5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
